02/20/07: A new writing challenge addition: Walking Through Illusion. Challenge was to write a “spine” poem using a favorite book, movie or song title that's at least four words long. 07/25/06: New poem added that was written for a challenge to imaging you're walking down the corridor of a seemingly empty building, feeling a multitude of emotions. You close your eyes - what do you see? Choose your perception of what you may feel and write a poem, also including the following words; yearn, joyful, frailty, strength, fibre, loss, memory, dominant, sorrow, fear: Whispering Melody.

07/04/06: New love poems added: How I Really Feel About You and I Know It's True.

06/25/06: New poem added: Divine Union.

06/23/06: New poem, Gone, but Not Forgotten, which was prompted by the loss of a member of the women's group I'm in called WOSIB. WOSIB consists of many “gardens” and I am in the literary garden. Jenn, (known as MoonPixie in the group, is the one that passed on), was in the “Tags” garden, which meant she enjoyed making beautiful graphics. All of us in the Literary Garden felt the loss and began writing on her behalf. We even did an Add-a-Line poem where each of us added one line to a big poem. The garden that does graphics created a memorial page for her. I actually attempted my own very first graphic as well - you can see it here on my WOSIB page under my Literary blurb, and the image is linked to the memorial page if you'd like to see it. It's full of all the poems and graphics all the WOSIB Ladies made for her.

06/21/06: New writing challenge added; to look in the mirror and write a poem about one of my facial features, Intruder is the result. Also some new poems added: Thank You; and Friendship Truism, written for a poetry challenge to write a 24-line (or less) poem beginning with these two lines; “Nothing soothes a troubled soul; Like a friend who has known trouble”.
