Some more beautiful and inspiring words from unknown authors:

Today I will delete from my diary two days: yesterday and tomorrow.
Yesterday was to learn and tomorrow will be the consequence of what I can do today.
Today I will face life with the conviction that this day will not ever return.
Today is the last opportunity I have to live intensely, as no one can assure me that I will see tomorrow's sunrise.
Today I will be brave enough not to let any opportunity pass me by, my only alternative is to succeed.
Today I will invest my most valuable resource: my time, in the most transcendental work: my life;
I will spend each minute passionately to make of today a different and unique day in my life.
Today I will defy every obstacle that appears on my way trusting I will succeed.
Today I will resist pessimism and will conquer the world with a smile,
with the positive attitude of expecting always the best.
Today I will make of every ordinary task a sublime expression.
Today I will have my feet on the ground understanding reality and the stars' gaze to invent my future.
Today I will take the time to be happy and will leave my footprints and my presence in the hearts of others.
Today I invite you to begin a new season where we can dream that everything we undertake is possible and we fulfill it, with joy and dignity.

A group of alumni, highly established in their careers, got together to visit their old university professor.
Conversation soon turned into complaints about stress in work and life. He offered his guests coffee.
The professor went to the kitchen and returned with a large pot of coffee and an assortment of cups -
porcelain, plastic, glass, crystal, some plain looking, some expensive, some exquisite, and told them to help themselves to the coffee.
All the students had a cup of coffee in hand. The professor said,

“If you noticed, all the nice looking, expensive cups were taken up,
leaving behind the plain and cheap ones.
While it is but normal for you to want only the best for yourselves;
that is the source of your problems and stress.
Be assured that the cup itself, adds no quality to the coffee in most cases.
The cup is just more expensive and in some cases even hides what we drink.
What all of you really wanted was coffee, not the cup;
but you consciously went for the best cups...
and then began eyeing each other's cups.
Now consider this: Life is the coffee, and the jobs,
money and position in society are the cups.
They are just tools to hold and contain Life,
and the type of cup we have does not define nor change
the quality of Life we live.
Sometimes, by concentrating only on the cup,
we fail to enjoy the coffee God has provided us.”
God brews the coffee, not the cups..........enjoy your coffee.
