I’m thinking of you
and missing you too
You’re in my thoughts
nostalgic and new

Time cannot erase
the smile from my face
when I think of you
and the joys we’ve embraced

The laughter we’ve shared
and the tears we’ve impaired
with a shoulder to lean on
and just knowing we cared

With a tear and a smile
from across the miles
this wish to you I send
May you always feel loved
from this distant friend
