“Analytical Me”

I love you
I do

I may over-analyze at times
it's true

But it's all for the sake of understanding
it's all for the sake of finding the truth

For that is who I am;
a seeker, a knower, a diviner

I seek these things:
wisdom/knowledge
answers/truth
understanding/enlightenment

In hopes to ground my own essence
to announce my presence
in this world
to lay my claim on my stay and say
this is who I am today

And so I thirst for answers
for this thirst drives my muse
to seek, and in my seeking
I find my truth

And in my truth
I find me
