“For Mothers Day”

Why God made mothers
is no mystery at all
The nurturing, the caring
the bearing, the sharing
the loving, supporting,
listening and caring...

These are just a few
of the things mothers do

But the most important
one of all, goes unspoken
And unheard
the sacrifices they make
to ensure
their children have the
best
possible
chance

They selflessly sacrifice
their lives, their dreams,
so that their children have
all the room they need
to flourish
