“I Know It's True”

Sending thoughts of love to you
across the many miles and the seas

Wondering if you feel
my love is true
I’ve held my love strong
for you, not knowing
what you’ve been doing
or where you’ve been
these past 2+ years
or whether or not
your love’s been true

I know not yet
the strength of your word
you have yet to to show
to confirm to me
god, so many things

You know me far more
than I know you

Yet somehow, some way
I know it’s true...
your word
your devotion
our love
