“Rays of Love”

My love, you're gone
Away from my life
Temporarily suspended
In God knows where
But I continue to hold you there
In my heart, in the center of my being
Where hope still lives
For Us

I ask God for a sign
That you're still alive
That you're still mine
And every time I get a gold mine
Of shooting rays of sun
Beaming down
Into my world, illuminating
The darkest corners
Of my heart
Pouring in love, and trust, and faith

Every time I see a ray
From the sun,
I bask in the illumination of
Knowing
That we're still one

I love you, my Darling
Forever in the splendor
Of divine intimacy

Forever in the splendor
Of You & I
